Here's a brief history of what happened to me after graduation:

• Attended Howard College in Big Spring, TX on a journalism scholarship
• Married my high school sweetheart (Ann Jones) on December 23, 1971
• Our son Jeremy was born a year later
• I began working in radio part time and eventually went full time
• Moved to California in 1977
• Daughter Kristy was born same year
• Worked a variety of radio jobs under the air name of Dave Power
• In 1987 I made a career change: I quit my last radio job (KPRL in Paso Robles, CA), joined the Army National Guard (basic training at age 35!) and returned to college (Fresno State) to get a business degree
• Went to work for Electronic Data Systems in 1989

Ann and I are still married. We now have five  wonderful grandchildren.
